    Our proactive and preventative services are typically delivered from October – April by an experienced team of trained professionals equipped with the latest gritting and snow clearance machinery fitted with GPRS trackers. Our clients and operational teams are fully supported by a dedicated 24/7 emergency and helpdesk and backed up by public liability insurance of £10m.

It also lets UK Landscapes hear from the client, what they want and understand any issues the client may have had in the past This ensures that the proposal we provide offers the best value for money for the best quality of service delivery.
    Pay-as-you-go

    We offer flexible contracts to suit the needs of your business. A Pay-as-you-go contract offers you the flexibility and control of only paying for the service when you use it. On the agreed trigger we will notify you that we are due to attend. You then have until 3 pm that afternoon to tell us if you do not want the service. If we do not attend, you do not pay.

    The other contract is a – Inclusive fixed-cost contract. This gives you budget certainty. The fixed cost includes all visits that are triggered by the forecast reaching the RED trigger temperature or below ( it does not matter how many times it is triggered, the price is FIXED) Any client-requested visits outside the trigger will be charged in addition to the fixed cost, for each occasion.

    Met Office is our weather forecaster. Met Office informs each morning our in-house purpose-built weather forecasting system which is compatible with our service management platform. to provide an automated process to activate a service visit, based on the agreed RST trigger.
