We have a significant amount of experience delivering work across a range of commercial sites including ecological and environmentally sensitive projects.
Working in and around nature reserves, SSSI and conservation areas;- We have multiple sites where the team have been able to work closely to achieve the clients aims.
Working in areas of protected habitat; - Balance pond maintenance, ecologists ensure best practice to
protect the area. This included no removal of organic debris from the water and ensuring biosecurity is always followed.

Experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the environmental services industry Skilled in Operations Management, People Management, Leadership, and Contract Management. Strong operations professional with a NVQ focused in Arboriculture.
Gavin has 1 5 years’ experience working within the Arboiculture & Forestry sector from working on the tools through to management of multiple sites across a large geographical area. He has developed within IJK-Landscapes management team and is leading teams of in-house staff and a large account of subcontractors. Over the past few years he has been working closely with the Environment Agency and other major land owners to develop a wide range of projects, offering an environmental and sustainability solution to any project
BIO- SECURITY
We implement best practice for good biosecurity management — that is,
th ough ‘checking, cleaning and drying’ – equipment, vehicles and clothing to
reduce the spread of invasive non-native species.
Objectives
- To enforce the Non-Native Species policy ‘Check, Clean, Dry’ on
each site visit - To ensure that all potential sources of biosecurity breach are de-
tected in the planning stage and prevented at an operations level - To ensure the organisation eliminates all opportunities for INNS to spread between sites and watercourses.
- To improve incident reporting and enfo ce recording of biosecurity

Working with our comical partners to deliver a program of enhancement works including employment and supplier engagement, delivering some of these activities through volunteer days. Volunteer days are a great way to engage and ga vanise local and employee interest, as well as delivering outcomes around employability and skills, health and wellbeing social cohesion and social isolation. With a wider aim to deliver other programmes of activity and engagement, (work experience and training, apprenticeships, work in schools).
