We are now looking to appoint an office based Systems Administrator to provide support to a busy Client Services function responsible for the key account management of grounds maintenance services that extends to winter services, landscape construction and arboricultural works.

Special Requirements

Responsibility extends to:

• General office administration including data analysis, reporting and communications
• Internal and external client liaison both on line and via telephone
• Troubleshooting and fixing system errors – uploading and downloading data – data analysis and system reports to the business and its customers
• Assisting field based teams in the use of iPad platform applications and bespoke in-house reporting tools

The ideal candidate will be a competent administrator who is adept in the use of technology based applications, especially those linked to iPad reporting.   This includes providing support in resolving issues and coaching users by provided telephone support.  We are looking for a competent team player able to clearly communicate with others aligned to an ability to solve problems calmly and professionally at all times.
